Elite Edges Pre Tryouts Dryland Training Circuit
Physical conditioning is a must for success at all levels of rep tryouts. This is a simple circuit that can be done at home once a day to push players conditioning level to new heights. Start by doing the circuit twice in a row with no rest between exercises. Take a 2 minute rest in between each complete circuit. Try to add an additional repetition through the circuit each day.
